The website www.themandarin.com.au and associated digital properties is published and owned by Private Media Operations Pty Ltd (ABN98 101 558 847), which employs staff and manages subscriber databases and accounting services for The Mandarin business. In this privacy policy the daily email and associated website are referred to collectively as “The Mandarin“.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to advise subscribers, customers, staff members and those applying for positions with The Mandarin about what kind of information the organisation may collect, how that information may be used, to whom it may be disclosed, how that information is stored (including security of the information), the processes for correcting information held and the disposal of such information by The Mandarin.
