The deadline for Victorian Public Service employees to participate in a state-wide reform program has been extended to 7 July.
One VPS aims to transform workplace culture to cultivate cross-departmental mobility, collaboration and innovation.
One VPS Special Adviser Carolyn De Gois says participants from both metropolitan and regional areas have been contributing to the program.
“We’ve been undertaking consultation since mid June with our Victorian Public Service colleagues to seek input into the One VPS vision,” she told the Mandarin.
“So far, we’ve received strong support from departments and agencies. We’re keen to hear more which is why we’ve extended the online survey to 7 July 2019.
“It’s clear from the feedback we’ve received to date that our colleagues are focused on working together to put the needs of the Victorian community first.”
De Gois says the next step is to consolidate all responses and define the strategic plan, which will be considered by the Victorian Secretaries Board in the second half of 2019.
