Today is the last day for New South Wales public servants to contribute to the People Matter Employee Survey 2016, which closes on Tuesday, May 31.
If you haven’t yet responded, the Public Service Commission wants you to know this is an important opportunity for almost 400,000 employees to have a say about their workplace and help make the public sector a better place to work.
The survey allows you to share your perceptions of how well the public sector values and principles are applied within your organisation and to say what you think about important indicators such as your job satisfaction, well-being at work and commitment to customer service. The survey asks employees about experiences with their own work and working with their team, managers and the organisation. Participants are asked to be thoughtful, honest and candid when they complete the survey.
Responses are confidential and anonymous and the survey is being administered by ORC International.
The sector-wide results of the survey will be made available to departments and agencies after August and will be published on the Public Service Commission website shortly thereafter. If you have not received the survey please contact your HR Department or email employeesurvey@psc.nsw.gov.au
The survey is co-ordinated by the Public Service Commission working in collaboration with public sector departments and agencies.
