Gabrielle Appleby is an associate professor at UNSW Law and the co-director of the Judiciary Project at the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law. Grant Hoole is Vice-Chancellor's Postdoctoral Fellow at the Faculty of Law, University of New South Wales, and a member of the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law.
