The National Manager People and Culture Command (NMPCC) is responsible for the effective delivery of people, culture and organisational health services and solutions across a geographically dispersed organisation of over 7000 employees.
Potential candidates will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, relationship building, and change management skills. They will also have a proven ability of building and maintaining relationships with multiple senior stakeholders and an ability to deliver results in a dynamic and flexible environment.
Essential requirements, skills or experience:
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience working in HR or a related field is desirable.
- To be eligible you must be an Australian Citizen.
- This position requires the successful candidate to obtain a Negative Vetting 2 Security Clearance.

Generous remuneration and conditions of service will be negotiated with the successful applicant, under an AFP Senior Executive employment contract, including salary, airline lounge membership, fitness/health allowance, annual health assessments and employer superannuation benefits.
