2021 IPAA NATIONAL CONFERENCE: Riding the wave of service transformation

The 2021 IPAA National Conference “Riding the wave of service transformation” will explore the promise of digital transformation to shape a more modern government – one that is deeply customer-centred, fully connected, innovative and responsive and providing fast, convenient, secure, and proactive personalised services.

Now taking place on 29-30 November (across two half days) this premier annual event will be delivered as a hybrid conference. The physical event in Brisbane will be complimented by a live stream enabling an Australia-wide audience of public servants to come together with others engaged in public purpose work from the community, industry and university sectors.

The carefully curated program will feature an exciting line-up of leading thinkers and practitioners from industry, academia and government debating the latest developments in service transformation and sharing inspiring examples of transformation in action from across Australian public sectors.

Our stellar line up of speakers includes:

  • Jamila Gordon, CEO and Founder Lumachain
  • Dr David Rock, Co Founder and Chief Executive Officer, NeuroLeadership Institute
  • Dr Alex Antic, Data & Analytics Leader, Advisor and Strategist
  • Fiona da Silva, General Manager Portfolio Strategy, Innovation & Engineering, Australia Post
  • Dr David Gruen, Australian Statistician, Australian Bureau of Statistics
  • Peter Williams, Chief Edge Officer, Deloitte

Distinguished Professor Genevieve Bell AO will deliver the 2021 Garran Oration.  Professor Bell is Director of the 3A Institute (3Ai) and Florence Violet McKenzie Chair, Australian National University.
