AHRI Practising Certification Program (APC)

Become a more strategic HR professional with the AHRI Practising Certification Program (APC). This post-graduate certificate-level Program will give you the necessary tools, skills, knowledge and insights to help you bring expert people strategy management to your organisation or clients. At an AQF level 8 equivalent, the APC gives you advanced entry into a Masters of HR or MBA.

The Program is divided into four Units:

  • Unit 1: The strategic HR professional
  • Unit 2: The HR organisational environment
  • Unit 3: Workforce design, development and performance
  • Unit 4 Capstone: Applied project in organisational capability

The Unit 4 Capstone project is an in-work assessment, where you will apply your newly-learned skills to solve a real-life organisational problem. Completing the APC will award you with the post-nominal CPHR – certified practitioner in human resources – which you can display on your professional profiles to let employers know you are a trusted advisor to organisations.
