Getting your content right for 2019: Four steps to success

2018 has been a year when Government departments and other public sector organisations at all levels across Australia have stepped up their publishing efforts: from supercharging their social media strategies to building in-house production capabilities.

With the power of content continuing to prove its effectiveness, communication directors and their teams face a growing list of challenges:

  • Content discovery and relevance: how are you winning the battle for audience attention?
  • Keeping up with the rapid pace of change: do you still know your audience?
  • How do I create more content with less resources and less budget?

As we gear for an even busier 2019, contentgroup will share insights on how to maximise your content effectiveness and future-proof your success.

Topics that will be covered include:

  • Auditing the effectiveness of your content strategy
  • Measuring the true impact of content – moving away from vanity metrics
  • Cutting through the clutter – Injecting fresh thinking and creativity into creation and publishing
  • Scaling resources and capabilities

Join our lunch-and-learn webinar to take away actionable tips and a downloadable workbook with tools and resources to make sure you content is ready for 2019.

There will be a Q&A at the end of the presentation.

This session is not to be missed for government and public sector communicators, along with anyone who has an interest in communicating their policy and programs more effectively.
