Evaluation is an integral part of public sector decision-making.

Dr George Argyrous (UNSW) and Professor Patricia Rogers (RMIT) explore the conceptual and practical issues involved in evaluating policies and programs. This two day workshop will support participants to better:

• Focus evaluation studies according to specific criteria such as purpose and stakeholder needs;
• Assess the quality of evaluation reports and understand and apply program logic in conducting an evaluation; and
• Manage the practical problems involved in working with consultants.
