Workshop: Leading ethical organisations

Every organisation is unique, with its own identity, strengths and issues to deal with. This course acknowledges these differences and aims to help managers and leaders implement meaningful and practical steps to strengthen organisational integrity. It will identify the red flags of misconduct, and explain what the drivers are behind unethical conduct.  It will discuss the balance between values and compliance that are necessary for any organisation to succeed.  It will demonstrate the building blocks of an integrity management system, and allow participants the opportunity to evaluate the strength of their own organisational response.

Dr Michael Macaulay, Director, Institute of Governance and Policy Studies & Associate Professor in Public Management leads this workshop.
