Martin Bowles

Martin Bowles PSM is the secretary of the Commonwealth Department of Health. He has previous served as secretary of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection and as deputy secretary for the Department of Defence. Prior to joining the APS, he had extensive career in public sector management, particularly in health, education and corporate services, in both the Queensland and NSW governments.
